While driving through Queensferry on the A55 I noticed a big sign that said Mazda Rotary Specialist, turns out it was these guys.

I\'ve not heard of them but then, I\'ve never used a specialist.
I\'ve only used a main dealer once as well and they proved to be useless.
Since then I\'ve tended to use the philosophy.... \'if you want some thing doing right...etc\'

Not that I\'m in any way suggesting that all specialists and dealer are useless but I basically think that if someone else can do it, then so can I.
It\'s served me well. ( apart from the prospect of doing the tensioners and timing chains on the jag which quite honestly, terrifies me!)

And I believe Silverstone Auto Sport  exhibited their 1980\'s Group B rally car (No. 18 of 20) at NEC last year.

Unfortunately not found time to run out to Queensferry yet - but I will.  If they are associated with \'Lindop\' I wouldn\'t have thought they are that bad.  Lindop are the main Toyota dealership for North Wales and in themselves have a very good reputation but not sure on prices as I\'ve never owned a toyota.  Watch this space....... WGT is based in Middlewich I have used Silverstone once or twice they are ok but I preferred WGT Both my RX\'s go there now for major stuff. Pip always has time to speak and gives a good straight answer to your questions.

Was in this morning and Pip was very busy. He concentrates on engines after 4:30 and needs to concentrate. He usually gives you a reply within a couple of days.

May have some issues with the FD that need to get fixed and they aren\'t small !

I believe WGT are very good indeed and Pip (Gardner) is the man.

But consider pestering by phone Dibs (at the acceptable hours of course). I say this because I have enquired about parts a couple of times by email and got no reply.

I think their reputation is so good you have to chew \'em round the ankles, like a little dog when it wants attention.

Dave, I\'ve now ordered a clutch from the states, so untill that arrives I can put it on the back burner, but thanks for the advice.

I always email Pip first before phoning to book in, sometimes it can take a couple of days for a reply but I have always had one even for the smallest questions lol I have used then ever since we have owned a rotary.
