Title: ***TRACKDAY SERIES, Mallory Park, Sat, 7th August***
Post by: Casey on June 15, 2010, 08:46:04 PM
OK, the first of the 4 official “MRC Trackday Series” events took place last week at Cadwell Park. See HERE (http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63853&page=5) for details of what you missed....:)
Feedback from participants was very positive and many will be signing up for the next event at Mallory Park on Saturday 7th August. YES, this is a SATURDAY trackday, which I hope will enable more people to come along. We shall again be partnering with those nice guys at Mazda On Track to book places.
Regrettably, being a Saturday, the trackday places are more expensive at £199, but MRC will again be giving a £20 refund (after the event) to FULL MRC Members who track their rotary powered car. MOT are also offering FULL MRC Members a £5 discount - PLEASE PM ME FOR THE CODE TO ENTER AT THE MOT CHECKOUT. So, the price will be £174 if you qualify for all discounts.
If you’ve never done a trackday before, why not join us, there’s always a first time for everything, and they’ll be a great bunch of people on hand to look after you.
Further details and booking your trackday place can be found by clicking HERE (http://www.mazdaontrack.co.uk/mallory-park-saturday-august-7th-285-p.asp). The event will be run in “Open Pitlane” format to maximise track time for all.
Circuit Statistics Length: 1.35 miles Direction: Clockwise Noise: 105db (static)
The track is wide enough for plenty of overtaking opportunity and features three right-handers, including a sweeping 180-degree bend and a hairpin, two left-handers, two esses and a chicane.
How to get there: Mallory Park is situated in the village of Kirkby Mallory, just off the A47, between Leicester and Hinckley. There is easy access by road and all major cities are in reach. Look for the brown tourism road signs, including those which bring you direct from junction 21 of the M1
Address: Mallory Park Kirkby Mallory Leicester LE9 7QE
Event Schedule: 7.30 Signing On 8.30 Briefing 9.00 Start Driving 12.30 Lunch 13.30 Start Driving 17.00 End Driving
As this is a Saturday event, and we DO NOT have exclusive track places allocated for this day, book early or you might be disappointed There are ALREADY 21 places booked for the day via another Trackday Operator, so book NOW!
These trackdays are designed to be just as much social events as on-track events giving people the chance to come along, watch the action, meet other members of our Rotary community and/or take a ride with another member. The biggest thing to remember about going on-track is that the car only goes as fast as you make it go, and even if you go at half the speed of other cars so long as you are enjoying your day out then that is all that matters. We are hoping that you will support these trackdays, either driving or spectating. We are trying to make it where there is a little something for everyone and as the season goes on we hope to evolve these events into a format for the future. For instance if enough of you come along just to show your cars and we find lots of you are coming along just to do this, then we will think about a trophy to be picked by the attending people for the best rotary, all of which will make this more of an event as there will be more to see. Other trophies could be offered, for say the "most entertaining car of the day" or "hard luck" story of the day etc, ideas please.

SPECTATORS - ENTRANCE IS FREE (Please post updates in this thread and I\'ll edit this master list, no need to quote- thx)
Accommodation: Some of us will want to stay overnight before the event to get a fresh start. I’ve started to look at suitable hotels in the area which are reasonably cheap and with decent parking. I\'ve decided THIS HOTEL (http://www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk/hotels/central-england/barcelo-hinckley-island-hotel/) offers the best overall; ~8 miles from Mallory, secure parking, resonable price, Trip Advisor feedback OK, breakfast from 7am.
£49 for room, inc breakfast - THIS IS A SPECIAL RATE FOR EARLY, NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS. I\'ve booked in for the Friday night.
Any questions? Either post up here, or PM me. :):)

Hi,
Will we be able to claim £20 back if we book via the other track day organiser? Just asking as they allow 3 extra drivers for free, which makes it more economical for myself, even though I am a MOT drivers club member.
Thanks
Mark

Hold fire for a day or so. I\'ve asked Nick Dougill at MoT about the "extras" that CDays are apparently offering in the price.
You will get the £20 MRC refund regardless. But MoT do a lot to support us, so I\'d prefer we book via them, providing no-one is disadvantaged.

Hi Malcolm,
Will do. I would obviously prefer to book with MOT anyway, so it would be good if they could offer similar benefits to cdays.
Thanks for your help.

OK, I\'ve updated the first post in this tread with recommended hotel details.
I\'ve decided THIS HOTEL (http://www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk/hotels/central-england/barcelo-hinckley-island-hotel/) offers the best overall; ~8 miles from Mallory, secure parking, resonable price, Trip Advisor feedback OK, breakfast from 7am.

The normal rate is £89 per night. I\'ve booked in for the Friday night. I\'ve checked with the hotel and there are plenty of rooms available at that price as of today, but the rate will be withdrawn as they take more bookings.

Hi Mark - well spotted. None of us were aware of the other TrackDay Operator\'s (TDO) offer of free extra driver places. In view of that, Nick Dougill at Mazda On Track has said it is not necessary to declare any extra drivers on the MOT booking form. Any offer of free extra driver places by the other TDO will be honoured on the day :)

The main problem I have now is what to do car wise between now and Mallory... it\'s almost two months away and I am going cold turkey already after Cadwell... I\'ll get my doctor to order me a trip to Santa Pod I reckon ;-)

Post by: Casey on June 17, 2010, 04:21:00 PM
:Thumbs-up Chris, excellent, that\'s three of us booked up already.
I\'ll be posting up a "Briefing Document" about 2-3 weeks before the event to ensure everyone has the basic information they need for the day. Look back at the Cadwell thread and you can see the one I prepared for Cadwell. The Mallory briefing will be very similar.
On the day itself, just ask me, or anyone else who\'s done trackdays before for any advice. If you need very specific RX-7 advice, then best don\'t ask me, they\'ll be plenty of others who can help with more tailored advice. Please post up here any pre-event questions (or PM me) and we\'ll all be moer than happy to help.
I\'m not sure if you\'ve done a trackday before? If not, you\'ll get a full briefing and several slow "sighting laps" before the day starts proper. If, after that, you want to go out as a passenger with me, or someone else with an RX-7, before your first solo session, then that\'s no problem. Someone could sit in with you on your first track session of the day to give advice if you wanted.
As well as that, there is possibly a FREE 20 min tuition session available from Phil at Circuit-Days (this was on offer at Cadwell), plus paid-for 20 min tuition sessions from Nick (or colleague) at MOT. I can throughly recommend taking one of these sessions as I find I always learn something from them.
Insurance for the day is an often asked question. Insurance is not a requirement, but your road insurance won\'t cover you. If you are considering cover, start with REIS (http://www.reis.co.uk/), as they offer trackday insurance at reasonable rates cf others in the market, and recent experience of them handling a claim for another MRC member has been exemplary.

If you chose the "no refund option", and book through the link above, then B&B works out a very reasonable £49 for a double room (with single occupancy). Look carefully for the £49 option, as the other options ARE very expensive!

Very easy :D Not sure yet. Not looking great at the moment as he has just had to replace clutch and is now a bit skint (especially since we are doing banger rally at end of August as well). Although he really didn\'t need to buy an ORC clutch as his replacement :2Rolleyes He will probably come and have a drive of mine anyway :)

Anyone know how strict they are on noise at mallory, should really be getting an extra silencer in and won\'t have by this date. Got 112db at 6k at cadwell which is what he wanted me to rev to then retested at 104db at 4.5k and he let me on.

When I went with my brother back in April I didn\'t even notice a noise tester. I think they are pretty relaxed. I will ask around as well, just to make sure.

Sorry, I can\'t help with the noise question. This\'ll be my first time at Mallory and the track isn\'t owned by MSV, who operate most of the tracks we frequent, so "rules" may well be interpreted differently.
Hoping someone else can chip in.

This thread seems to suggest that Mallory does not check and does not care about the noise. The residents are very use to the noise. They were running rally cars around the track past 9.30 last night :)

BUMP - less than FOUR weeks to go...........
For those considering tracking your car, don\'t leave it too late to book a place. As this is a Saturday event, it\'s likely to get booked out well before the date.
Remember that spectators are very welcome to come along to watch the action (there is no entry charge to the circuit). Passenger rides will be available for all who ask, you\'ll just need to bring a helmet, or borrow/hire one on the day (~£10 usually).
If you\'ve never done a trackday before, but are thinking of doing one, I urge you to come along and see how the day runs from the "inside" :)

Aston, hope you can make it, and there is quite a gap to the Cadwell Park possible, maybe, unofficial, yet to be confirmed, outing that no-one is going to in September ;):D
After that, it\'s Oulton on 17th November.
However, it you can\'t make it to Mallory this time around, I\'m sure we\'ll be doing a visit next year!

Hmmmm, good point, Supremo-Assistant 1st Class:p;).
I\'ve emailed Nick to ask what garage facilities are available. If there are a limited number then I agree we should bag at least one for storage, wheel, brake pad work, etc (and to shelter in if it rains like today!!).
Title: ***TRACKDAY SERIES, Mallory Park, Sat, 7th August***
Post by: Casey on July 12, 2010, 07:50:26 PM
Crissy - Nick has replied with;
"I am honestly not aware of any pit garages at Mallory. Provided there is not too much stuff I would not worry about it. I will bring a tent and there is the back of Paul Roddison’s truck."
Google Earth images reveal a HUGE concrete/asphalt pit area, a modern track control office block two other long, but small looking buildings along the pit straight.
So, I found these photos (http://www.motorcyclefolly.co.uk/gallery/displayimage.php?album=29&pos=17) online. Some pretty crude and tiny sheds, OK for bikes, but look very tight for cars! A bit like the Bedford setup, but much smaller and basic (canvas roll-up doors?)..... is it worth £20 to book one of these?
I\'ve just bought a tent in Millets - £20 reduced to £8, I\'ll bring that with me for storage anyway.
Title: ***TRACKDAY SERIES, Mallory Park, Sat, 7th August***
Post by: CrissyUK on July 12, 2010, 09:40:55 PM
what\'s wrong with those garages? they seem ok to me as long as you can squeeze the car under the canvas door they\'ll be fine and better than a tent to keep your stuff dry if it\'s raining.
I\'ll bring the tent anyway as I\'ll have the sticky tyres with me so I need somewhere to put the spare wheels. Maybe we can decide on the day if it\'s worth getting one, I see on the Circuit Days website that the Caterhams are dominating the scene this time!
:D

I have to say I\'m slightly surprised at the low take-up for this trackday. It\'s unusual for us to arrange a SATURDAY trackday, but we thought it would enable more people to make it, rather than a weekday. Plus, Mallory Park is more centrally located than most circuits in England, so should be more accessible. As it turns out, we\'ve gotabout half the number booked on this than went to Cadwell on a Wednesday back in June :xconfused
Is it the cost, is Saturday still a problem for people, is it the location, is it.....? Would be useful to know if we can change anything to make these events attractive to more members.....

It works for me Malcom!
Just adding to the Noise discussion, the last time I was at Mallory they weren\'t testing for noise and did not make much mention of it all day. It\'s quite secluded so I don\'t think it\'ll be much of an issue. Think Santa Pod with less wind.

Additionally, the MX5Nutz chaps are starting to get uppety about the relative pace of their Mazdas compared to ours. Obviously it\'s a trackday and not a race but a form of gauntlet may well have been tossed to the floor.

OK, as stated above, this event is sold out. There is a (long) reserves list running and I\'m aware that Sicknote and Arnie_0 are actively working on a possible "time-share" with others.
Here is the list of paid up drivers as I currently know it;
DRIVER LIST Casey, trackday booked, hotel booked CrissyUK, trackday booked, hotel booked Madder, hotel booked C J R, trackday booked, hotel booked Will66, trackday booked Shaunwil, trackday booked, hotel booked Hypothermia, trackday booked, hotel booked MrHanky, trackday booked Clive, trackday booked, hotel booked
Aplologies for those of you who may have wanted to book this event but didn\'t do so in time. Please be aware that trackdays are now VERY popular and we aren\'t a big enough club to risk "pre-booking" a block of places on the basis of unknown take up.
We\'ve still got two "official" MRC supported trackdays arranged for later in the year and, once the Mallory event is completed, I will also look for possible interest in a extra September trackday, to fill in a gap in the calendar ;)

Well just got back from pips with my alignment. Pip thinks I\'ve cracked an apex seal and listening to the engine it doesn\'t sound good. Hopefully nothing is totally gone wrong in the engine but it does mean me getting it out to see what has happened.
I\'ve rung Clive because MOT said he had a couple of people looking to book on.
I\'ll more than likely be there on the day because the hotel is non transferable or refundable. I\'d be in the 1st gen though and its not really designed for the track !

Shaun - so sorry to hear the potentially bad news on the engine. Just at the wrong time, with Mallory and RS7 coming up! Nevertheless, it\'ll be good to see you at Mallory, even if "sans FD", but Crissy wille be disappointed not to get a passenger ride!
If you need/want to sell on your trackday place, they\'ll be no problem. Looks like Dave has got in first, but if he doesn\'t take it, Aston (Arnie_O) will most likely grab it.

Been chatting to Clive and I think we have got a plan for my place.
Can\'t decide if its a stuck seal or cracked apex so airing on the safe side. If it has to come out it will get some porting done to it before it goes back together.
At least I have the 1st gen :D

Mines going in on Tuesday 3rd to have radiator bracket replaced and underside tinkered with and tracking done after my bumper car session. Lets hope they don\'t find any damage to front suspension.

no, seriously, really hope that it all solves itself quickly and inexpensively for Shaun. the passenger ride will happen sooner or later :)
on the other hand Clive can always trick Shaun into having another passenger ride with me. there\'s a lake in the middle of Mallory and I have brand new tyres which can add up to the thrill factor of whether a swim is in the cards or not!

Ok, so busy gathering \'stuff\' together ready for Saturday and checking car fluids, tyre pressures, fuel (although I know I will need to fill up again, and again and maybe again...), engine oil, premix oil, bringing a small selection of tools and a spare set of brake pads (just in case), helmet.
Anyone using methanol/water mix - From your experience at Cadwell (or other tracks) how much did you use ? I use a 5 litre tank, trying to gauge whether I will use it all during the day.
What other \'stuff\' would you recommend.
Thanks Chris

Chris, attached is the Cadwell briefing document, in case you\'ve not seen it. Hoepfull you\'ve got all the issues covered, but just in case.......
I haven\'t had the chance to update it specifically for Mallory, but the main content would be much the same. I\'ve tried to write it to take account of all rotary car types, but apologies for my limited knowledge of specific requirements for pre-RX-8 models! No idea about your methanol/water mix question either I\'m afraid!

Chris, closest Shell garage I can find, coming from a northerly direction, would be this one;
Shell Service Station, Groby Road, Glenfield, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE3 8GJ
or this one, about 8 miles from the hotel - looks like you cold swing by this one on your way to the hotel to "top off". This is also possibly the closest one to refill during the trackday lunch break.
Maybe someone more local might know better - MrHanky lives very close to Mallory!

Hope to catch you in the bar on Friday evening. Thanks again, Chris

As i have already posted this on the RX8Oc a few days ago. Thought i should do the same here.
I have decided to opt out of the Mallory trip, though i had no actual ticked bookes some know the situation that was planned however it would have still cost me around £400-£500 for the trip and thats money i can put towards other things at the moment.
Have fun all those that go, I would come up and spectate however I would feel that i should be driving my car round there so ill sit this one out.
see you at the next trip hopefully.

Almost finished waxing her shes very very shiny even got out the touchup paint for my few marks. Have a drive with a IAM instructor on thursday should be fun!

Hi guys,
Yep the Shell garage at LE9 6QD will be easiest to use. If you are all staying at Barcelo hotel then its literally 5 minutes from there (left out of hotel, 2nd left and stay on that road until you see it on your left). Also easy to get to Mallory from there. It\'s by no means just down the road from Mallory but it is the easiest to get to. Alternatively if you don\'t want to do that run at lunch, there is a BP down the road.
I need to get checking fluids etc, and maybe have one more go at fitting bucket seat and stupid steering wheel boss :)
See you all on Saturday
Mark

Well, despite the heavy showers, everyone I spoke to seemed to have enjoyed themselves. I do hope that, after a long day, everyone got home safely. A big thankyou to everyone for supporting this event. It was not only a great time out on track, but the social time at the hotel the evening the night before (and at breakfast) made the outing even more enjoyable.
Special thanks to; well everyone really! ....but I must mention;
Hypothermia - for your massive help (and tools) to change my front brakepads in the hotel carpark before dinner.
C J R - for my first (yes, I know, I know, it\'s sooooooo embarrassing!) passenger ride in an FD. One reason I\'ve resisted so long is that I love the FD\'s so much I\'ve been close to buying one the past, but my lovely wife wouldn\'t entertain the idea...... I\'ve been trying to keep away from them, because the urge aways returns! Thanks Chris, I think my smile said it all!
Crissy - for your infectious Italian passion & enthusiasm (and the pit storage tent!), plus being "spanner monkey number 3" during my brakepad change.
Shaunwil - for coming along to be a part of the day, despite not being able to actively participate. Fingers crossed here that when they strip down your engine it\'ll be a simple repair job and he\'ll be back out on track soon.
Will66 - for the entertainment value on track, and you get the prize for your "pointing the wrong way" moment in the Esses! Nice recovery Will, you even managed to keep it on the tarmac!
MrHanky - as a newcomer to the trackday "regulars". It\'s meeting and chatting to MRC members like you at these events that makes it so enjoyable. Good to see your Gen2 car out on track too. Hope to see you again at another day out.
Madder - for making it through the day unscathed. We had a worrying few minutes in the pit area during a red flag when everyone in our group returned, except you. We were having visions of your RX-8 in various stages of derangement going through our minds as time (and a recovery truck) went by. We were mightily relieved when the track reopened to see you back out, having simply come straight back into the pitlane on the red flag, eager to get straight back out!
Sicknote - for bringing along your awesome "kermit" FD. In the dry, even on slighty dodgy tryes, that car is fantastic to watch on track, and left me standing. But it made my day because, in the wet, I could hang on to you for lap after lap. Getting that awesome (800bhp?) power down with iffy tyres in the rain took some skill. I hope I might have some in-car video to post up later.
To the club members who came along to watch, some of whom took some truely professional looking photos - sorry I didn\'t meet or introduce myself to you all properly. I think some of you, in retrospect, may have enjoyed the home made apple cake I was offering around at the time?
and last, but by NO means least,
to Clive & Lisa - for making the whole thing possible through running this fantastic club plus the enthusiastic support and time you put in the attend these trackdays.
For those of you who never done a trackday in your rotary, I urge you to do it at least once. It doesn\'t matter if you, or your car, isn\'t the fastest. I\'m no-where near the quickest out there, but it doesn\'t matter in the slightest. The adrenaline, and satisfaction of getting nice, smooth lap is just so good. Doesn\'t matter if your car is standard, or modded, if you\'ve got a passion for your rotary then you owe it to your car to treat it to a trackday at least once during it\'s time in your care :)
I hope to see the usual familiar faces, and some new ones (you\'ll be made most welcome) at the next event at Oulton Park on November 17th (a Wednesday). Watch this space too, as it\'s a long time bewteen now and November, so an "unoffical" additional event might just creep into the calendar in September......:D
Roll on Rotorstock - see most of you again there - lookin\' forward to it!

Just wanted to say thank you to my fellow trackheads for a great day yesterday. I didn\'t particularly like the circuit but the company more than made up for it and as a matter of fact, although I ended up doing almost 140 miles round a circuit that I didn\'t like much (!!) I actually enjoyed the banter "in the pits" more.
As already said the weather wasn\'t the best but just as I gave up on having sunshine, I ventured out in the rain and... magic! the Caterhams (more annoying than Vuvuzelas) abandoned the track and I had Mallory almost all for myself. That was a lot better and at that point I started to enjoy it. :D
Again, I am ever so pleased with my Federals which proved to be awesome sticky tyres with amazing grip in torrential rain despite being brand new. Amazingly, even for a big whimp like me, I was able to carry a little bit more speed in the wet with these on than I did in the dry with my normal road tyres which are from the UHP market segment!!
Chris, they were even better on the way home as the car felt as if it was gliding on the road. If the wear rate was better I would have them on all the time as the trip back on the A507 was just magic through twisties and roundabouts, if you know what I mean.
Thanks again for the great company and the awesome pictures! I\'ll see you all at Rotorstock 7 where I am planning to get to grips with the drifting... well, not literally, but you know what I am trying to say... :D
Crissy

Well Glad you all enjoyed it well most of you by the sounds of it. Still a little gutted i had to bow out of this one, but unfrortunatly August is an expensive month for me with insurance, MOT, road TAX, plus other things need paying for. But its must made me evben more eager to get back out on track now.
will hopefully see some of you at a track sooner (September) rather than later (November)

Was a really good day. Great to get out on track in the passenger seat of quite a few cars and enjoy the weekend. Even without a car its an enjoyable day out.
Big thanks to everyone really. Hopefully it won\'t be much major with the FD\'s engine and it will be back very soon. With a bit of porting thrown in :D
The best ride went to Nick of MOT in his track prepped MX5 in very wet conditions. The way he drives shows we need a lot more practice on track before anywhere near the limit ! The speed he carried through corners and drifting out of the hairpin perfect every time is just amazing !
As the point has been said even if you don\'t have a silly spec car or even want to run on a track then come as a passenger. You get all the thrills of a trackday to give you an idea if you want to come along and take part.

Purely for reference puposes (I had no way of chacking my times live during the day, which is not allowed anyway), post-analysis of my in-car video shows my laptimes in the dry (no traffic) were typically 62-64 seconds. In the wet, typically, 65-67 seconds, but with a top laptime for the day overall of 61 seconds (in the WET!). Weird, but the reason was NickD in my car giving some great advice, and with Sicknote in front of me as a "target" to aim for. It\'s amazing when the adrenaline of the chase kicks in, worth 4-6 seconds a lap it seems! :o
I\'ll post up youtube footage of some laps as as soon as I get a moment.

Casey will post all the details soon as he will no doubt negotiate special rates for us. We usually stay at a hotel in Louth which is a short drive to Cadwell (through some lovely country lanes). It\'s a lovely place with a large car park where you can literally hide the cars behind the building and is within walking distance from the village if you don\'t fancy hotel food, which I now know is prepared daily by the Landlady and her Spanish cook = if we go back there I am going to ask for a proper Spanish meal ;-))
the last two trips there have been really excellent social events as well as exhilarating track days and I would highly recommend this additional, secret, not happening, jaunt to Lincolnshire. both you and the Mrs will be fully persuaded at RS7 no doubt. there should be a thread on this forum with all the pictures from June.

Note crossing start/finish line at 10.57.03, then 10.58.04; 61 sec lap in the wet, wooohoo!

Nice footage Malcolm i know that feeling after hanging on to the back of Ray at Cadwell last month and also overtaking an Atom.
Though in your case Malcolm i am sure the weather had nothing to do with it.

malcolm "The original vid quality was OK, but a lot has been lost in uploading to youtube."
you wot lol? i upscale hi def avc into h.264 avc (mts) files and they take that fine no loss. Using cyberlink powerdirector atm as its by far easiest suite to use. Have sony vegas (?) license but that sucks too complicated.
Your big brakes make a big difference myself and hypothermia discussed the green and red bins coming into Gerrards ie break on the green one if you go past the red one you left it too late. You didn\'t start braking till you were in the corner lol.
Well bad news is i\'m gonna be working every day till end of month and some evenings, good news is i should make it to RS7 and Caldwell and mazfest and also have some nice new federals :)
will be upping some more video only filmed about 30 mins in total 2 runs out, same old story get into the driving forget about filming it lol.

@madder - my original vid quality isn\'t brilliant. I\'m using a Novus Eye, which captures in MP4 at 640x480 (VGA). This next vid is a direct upload from the MP4 file, no editing. It\'s OK for "analysis" but quality still poor....
madder quote from video "thats why these (rx8) are the best vehicles in the world" - I don\'t think Nick said that!!
Glad you can make it to RS7 and to the non-existent outing to Cadwell (I\'ll post up v.soon on this!)

Hi Malcolm, I would definitely put in a quality claim for your brake pads, for then to wear out in one track day is wrong, it is not as if you were over using them either.

which pads were your running casey?
"Being that these pads are streetable, they are not intended for intensive and continuous hard braking over the temperature and speed limit on the race track (see chart below). Otherwise, excessive wear may occur."

The photo\'s are now up from Captured in Digital. I don\'t think I\'ll be buying as there\'s only 4 of mine for the entire day (really only two, they were taken at the same corners on different laps) :Grrr
The Cadwell pics were much better...
Ian.

@Ian - thanks for the link. I\'ll be passing on those pics too; about a dozen of me in total, all from the same angle, and a not very interesting one.
@Crissy - I have a load of pics of your car taken last in the day (you were the only rotary out at the time!), all taken down the back straight, but I\'ll dump them all onto CD and let you have them when we next meet. One example below.

I was running on brand new "RacingBrake" ET900\'s, which are designed for track use only. They only work properly when warmed up.....................
