Been having issiues with space under my bonnet for a while scince the new turbot went on . Finally had the chance to get the ast removal cap from mrc parts.com arrived quickly and hastle free top job .
got rid of this stinky thing

you need to make your own gasket though. I also bought this then re-learned the mk2 cap is the same as this and is a fraction of the cost.
ive had many parts off clive in the past. cant recommend him enough either.

to be honest it already had a standard gromit in there with some carefully placed blue sealent after a clean up it did the job .for around 40 quid delivered and looking new and clean not having to worry about cleaning an old filler neck up and the right presure cap im not fused one thing i learned is that penny scrimping on these cars gets you a bigger bill down the line !

i got one too :) phoned up and ordered some parts the other week and asked them to send me a paypal request, they sent the package out before i had even paid!
clive also chucked a couple bits in i was looking for but couldnt find that he had laying around and just did it to help me out!
