Title: camber adjustment!?

how do i adjust camber on the front and rear of my suspension as im having some rubbing issues on the actual arch and just wanna tuck the tyre into the arch abit more?
 
its a 92 fd. (macpherson something or other???) :o
 
ive been told i can sort it through adjusting the standard part or will i have to buy adjustable arms??

You don\'t want to be buying adjustable arms....tres expensive!!!
 
You can adjust the camber from moving the cam bolts....but beware this will throw out the toe and castor....  Best you take it to a 4-wheel alignment place.
 
Is it rubbing due to the fact it is slammed to the floor??  You wont be improving the handling by dropping it too low.  Adding camber will kill tyres!!
