I finally found out what brand my wheels are. I\'ve never heard of them but I managed to find out they are magnesium Marquis Promoda.
Wondering if Schtoo / anyone else from Japan knows of them?

Copied the CDs on to my MP3 player, however the only closed room at work is rather hot so when I go down there to practice (it\'s a listen and repeat type course) I end up almost falling a sleep :o

I went to classes for 18 months, big load of good it did me.
I\'m too scared to use it, unless I\'m backed into a corner. And then, I scare myself with how much I actually know, and scare myself even more with how little I know.
But it is fun watching the locals reaction when you read something... ;)
I figure that I should learn pretty quickly once I spend some serious time in a house with a native speaker in it. But I want to be able to read and write it too. I think I can pull it off. But I don\'t think I\'ll be using it in public until I am fluent. Just too chicken. Don\'t know why, usually I have little fear of anything.
We shall see what happens.
BTW, Backwater Japan is Kagawa, Shikoku. Smallest Island, smallest prefecture. There\'s nothing here for most people. But there is plenty of space (relatively speaking) and lots of roads. Maybe the best place in the country to own a car worth driving. Just the way it is here.
Come visit if you want, but trust me, there\'s not much here worth seeing. :(
