Title: clutch problem!!

Hi guys have had the rex for bout 3 months now its a 93 type r in black.
Shorlty after i gother i noticed a leaky clutch flexible hos so i replaced and all was fine and did another few hundred miles and now the pedal is very hard and it dosnt disengage the cluct very well i can get it into gear but have to force it.
 
could this be slave or release bearing and also when i do pull away its not very smooth it judders. I though it was just the heat but now its cooled down the problem presists.
 
any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Get some one under the car to crack open the bleed screw on the slave while you press the clutch pedal down. The pedal should fly down and fluid should come out the bleed screw no problem.
However if its still hard with the bleed screw open and fluid comes out very slowly then you have a block in the line .
If the pedal moves down easy with the bleed screw open then the line is ok and you have a problem with your clutch,slave or lever.
bleed the system after the test.
