yep - that\'s fduked! Sorry bud! Pull it and get your rebuild on......  or if I were you take it to a reputable specialist near you and have it done properly! Some light porting will be advisable at the same time! Njoy ;)

if your engine needs a rebuild ring Steve on 07795967850 and say Aaron referred you. Very competitive prices with warranty. He only uses master rebuild kits and doesn’t re-use anything other than what’s not in the kit. He has done 40+ rebuilds now, drive in drive out service. He has never had a customer return with engine failure.
For the rebuild your talking
£800 labour to remove, dismantle, inspect, rebuild and re-install.
£1000 for the master rebuild kit.
Then anything your require eg: rotors, housings etc.. 2nd user or brand new.
He is a very knowledgeable man and knows rx7\'s VERY VERY well.
He also offers porting and any custom work your require.
I cannot stress how highly recommended he is through my rx7 experience.

steve is down in surrey, hes a very nice chap, was chatting him today actually about a few bits and bobs.

if you want to see the full rebuild pics he took of my engine ill send you the link.

When you call him also tell him that lee said you want the \'stokey big port\' its the custom one we designed together for my engine and it will give you big power.

Be aware though that if you call him he can talk for britain, make sure you have a spare hour to talk to him........im sure aaron can back me up on this and say you have been warned!

well depends how big your pockets are mate.

if your keeping the stock twins and all other bits around it then rebuild to factory spec.

If you have a power fc, id go for big street ports, port the inlet manifolds and throttlebody.

On the type of seals, theres a big debate, if your not chasing massive massive power id go for a set of either OEM mazda or atkins rotary seals.

Do you have a power goal in mind?

alright i\'m thinking to keep it as the factory twin and roughtly looking for about 350 bhp

i\'ve been looking around for the seals, which one is better the 2mm one or the 3mm ? also took off the air filter and intercooler off today and there are some oil inside?! is that normal?

Where is the oil? If it\'s in the throttle body/intercooler that\'s a bad sign.:(
Indicates potential turbo seal issue.

I chose 2mm SCR seals as they have a very good rep, and won\'t shatter like the Mazda ones. It was a toss up between them and Hurley.

yes it is in the intercooler pipe and also in the air filter

i though the 3mm one will be better as they are thicker, and not that easy to break??
