i have a switch on the centre console next to the rear heated window switch that looks like a fog switch but the car doesnt have front fogs.... what is it for??
its not got a rear fog yet so i thought maybe i could use the switch for that??

Maybe the front fogs/driving lights have been removed but the switch remains. Mine has switches for rear window demister, front fogs and rear fogs, the latter added in the UK.

Fish, your thinking about the lights and not the switches.
The switch nearest me on the centre console, behind the
handbrake works the front driving lights, they only work when
side or main headlights are on.

I think some of them do have a cat switch thing down there, because thats what I thought too.
If you push the button in does it make your car go alot quicker by any chance???? ;)
My friend had 3 fog light switches on the centre console and he used to just play with them at will, in the end the engine blew a tip and after he found out that one of the switches was for an RE-A ecu chip ROM thingy and the upped boost was only designed for short periods and when the water temp was nice and low :rolleyes:, so be careful what buttons you play with, lol

ive got the rear demister switch, and rear fog switch, and the 3rd switch place just has a light in it to say the rear fogs are on.

left to right just behind the gearbox I have the rear windscreen demister, a blanked switch, and the front fogs.
I don;t know what the middle one was for, but I want to for no better reason than I want to know what I\'m missing!
