Title: Free dyno session
Post by: mids on May 17, 2004, 02:20:55 PM
This is very short notice, but if anyone fancies a free dyno session at Abbey Motorsport then there is an opportunity for this tomorrow.

A company called Criterion Games are wanting to record the engine and exhaust sound of an rx-7 for a PS2/Xbox game that they are developing.

"You\'d get to do power runs and get all the relevant printouts and a complimentary copy of the game would be given to you on its release."

If you are interested then the person to contact is

Lewis Griffin
Audio Designer
Criterion Games
Tel : +44 (0)1483 406348
Mobile : +44 (0)7931 559942
email : lgriffin@csl.com

I guess it\'ll be first come, first served.

I should probably point out that I am not affiliated with this company in any way other than I was their \'reserve rx-7\'. Having just been told today about the slot tomorrow it is too short notice for me so if anyone else fancies it, give him a call

cheers,

Andy.

Typical - I live 4 mins walk from Criterion (they are down a little quiet one way street in Guildford), and they didn\'t invite me.  Honestly, some people.

Similarly, ERL who do the water injection are about the same distance from my parents house!  But did I get installation help? Nope!  That\'s why it\'s still sitting on my back seat...
