Title: Best place for wheel spacers
Post by: wreckingball on April 19, 2010, 10:38:36 AM
I\'m looking for some wheel spacers and don\'t really want to get e bay specials then my wheels falling off!!!

I need 5mm spacers for each front wheel (10mm total)

approx 10mm spacers for each rear wheel (20mm total)

Does anyone know of a good supplier, do I need hubcentric spacers?

Cheers

Adam C

make sure you have good wheel bearings, spacers tend to eat them

No more than running a wheel with a lower offset - i.e. 9.5 et 20 is exactly the same load wise as running 9.5 et30 with a 10mm spacer.

Got mine from DM Motorsport as well - top stuff from Danny as always :)

+1 for Dm Motorsport hubcentrics. perfect fit, good quality and miles cheaper than big brand.

bare in mind anything less than 25mm and you\'ll find yourself cutting your studs or buying shorter ones.

Thanks guys, thought I might have to replace the studs...car had a re-spray 6mth ago so I dont want to push my luck with extra large spacers and rubbing the arches so will get my elf a set of 15mm ones....see how they look front and back and go from there.

What width, offest, and diameter are your wheels, and what tyre sizes are you running? It\'s pretty easy to work ou what will fit :)
