Hi all.
Does anyone know where i can get a decent outdoor cover for my fd?
I think i may run into a problem with this though as my car has a Mazdaspeed rear wing on it and i\'m not sure how this will effect buying a "Made fore the fd" cover?
Is there anyone that has been here???
Cheers.
i currently use a halfords special. Cost\'s about £50, its one of those breathable ones too.
Car looks clean everytime i take the cover off so it can\'t be that bad. infact, i may buy another for my fc.
Oh and it would fit over your ms spoiler
I got a cheapo £20 one once and it didnt last long at all, it had an elastic bit round the bottom that ripped off and was so thin i put my finger through it trying to put it on.
Binned after about four weeks :rollin
These are good but pricey and will tailor to fit all BGW\'s etc

I have asked them about a \'group buy\' discount so might save you some pennies :Thumbsup!
Thing is i really want one of those padded ones that are made for that model of car (so it has a bit of weight to it and won\'t get ripped to bits in the wind)
My Old man has one that he got for his car that has been used for the best part of 8 years and fits really well (probably would stay on even if it wasn\'t tied down) but the place he got that has gone bump...

That would be good....
Just been sent this by a mate http://www.carscovers.co.uk/MAZDA-RX7-FITTED-CAR-COVER-1989-2002.html the stormforce one at the bottom sounds good.
Selling on ebay with some pics and looks to be a similar material (ok wrong car but get the idea) - might be worth asking about a group buy too :Talking1

I had one made for my Atom..it was about £400 for the cover, but had a fleece lining inside as the standard cover causes scratches been put on and off, and also causes the car to swet.....it was a fantastic cover..they came out and measured up and it fitted like a glove!
i bough the biggest cover i could find from a motor factor, put it on and went away for a month or so....
came back and the corners of my wing had ripped through and the cover had left scratches all over the car. bad times
never again
Thats what i\'m trying to avoid.
I found out tears ago you get what you pay for in the Car cover world, you buy a halfords one don\'t expect much but if you spend good money on a good fitting Cushioned one it will last a long time and do like to no damage in the process. Thats why i put this up to see if there was any already available before i spent big bucks having one made.

good selection here if you can\'t find anything closer!
Iv seen a cover somewhere with a big mazda logo on that loooked pretty cool but can\'t remember where.
Feed do one and it fits a Mazdaspeed wing nicely (even fits the gt wing in) but it is expensive mind!
i bet it is...
