Title: Flick switch ignition wiring with cut off
Post by: Initial-D on April 06, 2010, 12:38:00 PM
I\'m looking at ditching my key ignition and replacing it with flick switches and push button starter with an FIA kill switch.. but I\'m having a headache working out the best way for it to work!

Has anyone done this before? Ideally a wiring schematic would be really helpful!

My only concerns are, removing the steering lock may make loading onto trailers a bit tough?! How best to stop the engine, turn off the kill switch?

Many thanks to anyone with help!:guinness

ive done it on a few nissans, pretty easy really.

best way is to get a clip in turbo timer loom that goes to the ignition and work out the wires from there,

might be worth keeping the key part just for the steering lock. i usually do
