Title: Clutch hard pipes part numbers?
Post by: Aubec on April 05, 2010, 07:13:34 PM
Hi guys,

Off to see my local unhelpful Mazda dealer tomorrow to order some new hard lines for my clutch... couldn\'t separate the old unions from the flexible hose without damaging them :2Mad

Now, even though I have a UK car, and therefore a valid UK chassis number they can never find what I\'m looking for without a part number, and the clutch lines are different left and right hand drive so the US parts fiche I have is no use.

So... if any of you have access to a UK/Jap parts fiche and can get me the number that would be VERY helpful. :Thumbsup!

Thanks!

:D  Never mind mate, they were much more helpful than usual this morning.  New boy was very happy to help, and (touch wood) found the part numbers very quickly for me.  Two new clutch lines for the princely sum of £18.

FWIW I was talking about the hard pipes that connect the clutch master cylinder to the flexible line (runs along the bulkhead/firewall), and the flexible line to the clutch slave cylinder (runs along the bell-housing for the clutch/flywheel) on the FD.
