Title: What goes through the fog light fuse in the footwell?
Post by: probedb on March 31, 2010, 11:19:51 PM
Does anyone know? I\'d assumed the front and rear fogs?

If that\'s true then does anyone know why with som 55W fog lights mine keeps blowing? The stock ones are 35W but a 15A fuse should be enough for 2x55W + 1x21W bulbs shouldn\'t it?

Finally, how can I test a set of fogs? Can I just connect directly to the battery to check they work?

Stupid questions maybe

Ta!
Paul.

yes you can connect direct to the battery, but if there is a short in the cableing, be prepaird for sparks! LOL if you power them up with a seperate like, wack a 10 amp fuse in there aswell and test each light seperatly, as if that blows on one of the fogs you know you have an issue with that particular light!
