Title: What to remove from the engine bay on a FD
Post by: chrisJDM on March 23, 2010, 06:20:27 PM
right guys trying to clear out anything from the engine bay i dont need.  So far i have installed a induction kit so removed all the standard plastic induction system.  on my list are air pump and air con system.  Anything else people can suggest??? i will eventually relocate the battery but its staying where it is for now, also will eventually get a FMIC but staying with stock at mo.

If you want to get into the electrical stuff you could relocate the fuse boxes somewhere. Some people have taken out the ABS stuff too.
If your doing this to tidy it up and make the bay look a lot cleaner then going single turbo will help a lot but thats obviously expensive

Some good ideas, I might even get rid of the power steering eventually, also I bought a blanking plate kit from banzai racing when I went single turbo on the last fd, I only used the one blanking plate so still have all the others

kit 2 on here

which ones are worth using :)
