It is yes, but it\'s £130 too expensive. These should go for between £120 and £150

Mine was £225 delivered (Plus tax) from RHDJapan, and that was the cheapest it could be found :)

http://www.rotaryaviation.com/overhaul_kits.htm might just have to go for their kit insted comes with everything i believe i need.
The thing with my engine is it starts perfectly hot or cold, but the coolant hoses pressurise. So i am hoping i can reuse all the engine parts as long as one of the irons hasn\'t cracked or rotted through on the seal grooves.

My water pipes used to pressurise but it was due to previous owner(s) bypassing the expansion tank because the AST was broken. i got the AST removal kit and fixed the issue. Pipes no longer bloon.

yeah i have fitted the ast removal and a 0.9 bar cap and connected that to the overflow tank and the pipes are definately balooning. so this has to be water seals on their way out doesn\'t it.

What pipes are you using? i had some thin wall\'d cheap silicone hoses and they used to just bloon before i changed them too.
You can buy a testing kit that takes a sample of your coolant and tells you weather compression gasses are found in the water.
There are a couple of diagnostic options before you should rebuild.
Champaign test is one of them.Another is an engine pressure tester which takes your water system up to pressure and you monitor for pressure drop on the gauge.

I only see the black (inner) water seals on the picture. not the orange (outher) water seals
