Title: Which ignition leads (FD)?
Post by: Aubec on March 08, 2010, 11:46:45 AM
Hi chaps,

Got the UIM off at the moment, and while I\'m under there poking about I was thinking I would be as well to replace my stock ignition leads which are probably at least 5 years and 35,000 miles old.  I\'m running twins at about 290 bhp at the moment, sparks were changed about 1000 miles ago.  At some point I\'ll be adding a TwinSpark or similar as I want to future proof my ignition system for going to a medium sized single in the next year or so.

I am considering the Magnecore KV85 leads.

Would anyone reccomend anything different?  Whether for performance reasons, price or engine bay bling?

Ta!

Spot on with the KV85 units, they will happily support the upgrade to the system in the future (twinspark)
