Hopefully I have now succesfully sent some pics of my Mk1. As you can see from the photo my Wife who thought it was very funny at the time, bought me a set of number plates on my 37th Birthday which I thought were real! Sadly not the case but I put them on just for the pictures. The spoiler kit that I had put on back in 1984 was already sprayed to go onto another Mk1 in Ireland. Unfortunately for the owner he had an accident before he had time to fit them to his Car. A friend of mine who worked for him asked if he wanted the kit because he knew someone who would use it. When they were fitted to my Car the paintwork was the exact match and still blends in today.
Sorry Clive would love to be at Rotorstock to meet a few of the members but I am in Romania on a Charity Visit at that time. Will try to get to some of the other events during the summer.
