Post by: mkk33 on May 11, 2004, 01:43:23 PM
92 J reg rx7. type unknown.

no history.
interior in a mess (was told gauges were ripped off during transit from japan)
paint ok
grade 1 auction
unknown ecu type
gearbox unknown
fueling upgrades not confirmed
no alarm

now here\'s the rest

t78-33d turbo and external wastegate kit
greddy fmic and all corresponding hard pipes
alloy pulleys
airnix induction
probably racing clutch (felt like a lot of wear left)
unknown full bodykit of somekind
massive carbon gt rear wing
standard alloys
standard brakes
full hks hiper exhaust

went for a test drive, my god! it went like stink at 3500rpm
wheelspin in 1 and 2.

going for £7500 from trader. is this worth it? where can i get someone to check it for me? the above are from my own inspection of the car.

any suggestions of anyone who might provide a more informed inspection.  based in the north west.

by the way, i\'m in the market for a heavily modified rx7 with bodykit preferably as my new job only requires a daily commute of 5miles as opoosed to the old 100mile daily journey. yahoo!

kind regards.:rollin

Hi

I\'m selling mine here:

Great Veilside body kit. Don\'t know what you consider heavily modifed - mine has quite extensive intake mods (induction kit, huge intercooler, Blitz dump valve, etc). Some other bits and bobs, and it goes very well indeed :).

Let me know if interested (asap, as I\'ll be unavailable for a couple of weeks from Monday).
