i am installing a single turbo.....

the twins have 2 oil drains..... I obviously only need one.

what do i need to do with the other????

I think you just block it off and then just have a return line going to the point at the front of the engine.

Yup, as above - you run the oil return to the front one. The rear one you can either block off, or run the vent from a catchcan to :)
