Title: light blowing fuses

hi my dash,rear side lights have stopped working i found it was a blown fuse so changed it but blew again, what do i look at next?

Without sounding too @rsey - look for the reason the fuse is blowing!!

A few bulbs every now and then are one thing - the same ones over and over (like my inside rear passenger brakelight) indicate another problem.

Fuses are designed to protect against short circuits, so i\'d start by checking you don\'t have any exposed wiring that\'s touching either other wires or any exposed metal. Fortunately the FD wiring guide is quite good at explaining what\'s what!!

Failing that, the earths on FDs are notoriously crap, i\'d give them a good checking. My issue (for info) is that all four tail lights work, but as soon as i put on the brakes the inside rear light goes out completely. Take foot off brake and all four tail lights light up again!! My issue is the earth that is attached to the rear bulb holders has slipped.
