Title: Slack in the rack
Post by: turbointhebrain on January 18, 2010, 12:01:40 AM
Hey all,

Wonder can anyone help me on this:-

my fc has a bitta slack in The steering! Very unnerving on country roads, when she wants to change direction all the time!lol

anyhow, had a look at the column, found uj\'s to be tight, the slack seem to be at the straight joint covered in rubber where the column goes into the plate above the rack.

Now for the q\'s:-
Is this a common problem? Is it easily fixed?

Thanks in advance,
Ross
