as my car is getting a make over, the doors are off the car but i need to take the windows out and window seal off, is there any way i can move the windows up and down by using a battery with two wires on the pins of the window switch?

Yes, get your battery with 2 lengths of wire one to + and the other to - and then disconnect the motor wires from the main loom and touch the wires from the battery onto the pins, one way will send the window up, swap the wires over on the pins and it will send the window down.
