HKS Vacuum hose? Seriously? How much is that costing you?!?! Totally pointless IMHO.
Just get boggo hose dude, honestly - Samco will do you fine. eBay special did me fine too.

For the rat\'s nest you need about 5m of 4mm and about 2m of 6mm IIRC.

if you want good hose... look for hose solutions they are from america but do a full kit of all the pipe sizes you need for the fd rats nest... comes with some cutting tools as well... was a review on rx7 club or something and they said its the best hose to use.

£10/m?! Fcuk a pig...

You just need Viton hose - why do you say it\'s causing you problems?
I wouldn\'t change the dimateter for tyhe simple reason that it won\'t fit the existing connections. TBH I think it\'s more likely that your issues will be due to either a misrouted hose, or a duff solenoid/check valve.

http://www.coleparmer.co.uk/ is a great place to buy hose and one way valves. they give you all the spec like max and min temperatures of everything.

their Viton hose is a bit pricey though, £50 for 25 feet (about 8 metres)!

I\'ve brought some do luck silicone hoses from sumo power, they had 4mm and 6mm vacuum hoses on sale, I got 6m of 4mm for £22 delivered and 3m of 6mm for £11 delivered. That should be enough to sort out all my pipes :)
