well as the title says really

they are

7.5 x 18 offset et48

P.C.D:5x100

fitted with 215/40/18 Falken FK451 Tyres

the pcd for a rex is 5 x 114 i believe and i dont thinks theres much you can do about that as its the gap between the wheel nuts i think

No that wont fit. PCD is wrong. Even if it was good, 7.5 is a bit narrow imho.
