just wondering what oil filter people use, mainly directed towards people with high power fc/fd.
is there much point in changing to after market oil filters or just stick to oem ones?
i have an fd and i was advised that the halfrauds one are ok as long as you change them every 3000 miles or less

I got mine from mazdarotaryparts.
Doesn\'t matter, oil gets changed 3000 miles, its not like there will be lumps of piston in there!

Ive used knightsports/R magic/Re-Amemiya and feed ones and can honestly say i couldnt tell the difference from one to the next.
I liked the feed ones as they are bright orange and noticable but just stick to amemiya ones now as my bro sends me them.
blueprint for the win :)
Depends on whether you want it to look dressy and have pictures of rotor\'s on it or some such. The blueprint ones are black and functional :cheers
I remember someone telling me ages ago who knew of such things, that with the exception of really hgh-end ones, all oil filters come off pretty much the same production line. They just go in different coloured boxes...
And anyhoo, standard Halfrauds for me - comes out every 5k
i read some oil filters raise the oil pressure also. anyone had any experience with them?
ie hamp oil filters (they more for honda\'s) but fit fc/fd also.
