Hi,

Thought I\'d introduce myself and say hello.

I\'ve owned my Uk spec fd for 6 years, I don\'t know why I haven\'t joined earlier!!

Mine is standard spec save for a Racing Beat exhaust and Apexi induction kit. It\'s covered 67,000 miles from new with a rebuild at 60,000.

I\'ve got say, this forum seems full of great info and very knowledgeable members, what a great source of info for all things Rx!

Hi Nick

Welcome, good to see you climb aboard with your now very rare FD,

Pleased to say that I owned the one below that you may know was one of only 124 Mazda officially supplied cars to the U/K

Law of averages says there really can\'t be many left now.

Thanks guys.

Hopefully I\'ll be able to contribute, although I fear I\'ll be doing more asking than answering!!!

Clive, I often wonder how many Uk fd\'s are still existence, I tell anyone that will listen that mine is 1 of probably less than 100 still going.

I\'ll try and get a photo up soon.

Yeah, that would cool.

Main problem would be that I\'m usually down with the family, which means the Rx stays at home.

I\'ll let you know if I\'m ever down in the Rx, I\'ve never actually met with any other owners! What a sheltered life I lead!!

Hi Charlie, Was this meant for me?

If so, no problem but I\'m on hols at the moment, I\'ll be back in a couple of weeks. I am thinking of selling mine as it happens so maybe he\'ll want to consider it???

Ok cool, yes maybe you could send him an email
is it fairly standard? He\'s not really into modifications, likes the rx7 as it is

Yes almost completely standard. Only a Racing Beat exhaust and Apexi induction kit. I find it just right as it is, it feels fast enough to me!! It\'s a UK Spec model by the way.
