Title: Oil Level warning on corners
Post by: frubes on May 04, 2004, 03:57:24 PM
Hi has anyone had this problem on there FC. When i turn right round corners my oil level light comes on along with my warning buzzer. It never ever does it round left ones. Im not sure if something is catching in the steering column or something like that. Any ideas??? If anyone has had this please suggest potential solutions.

Cheers
Adam

sounds daft but have you topped the oil up recently ... might be getting a little low and the oil surge on corners is just enough to sound the buzzer

If it helps, the horn on my turbo II only works when turning left!

I had this on my fc. I always found that the oil was a little low and needed topping up. Whenever it was perfectly full it would never do this but a little under the full mark I always got the same.

you just need to clean the ground contact under yer steering wheel, mine used to need wiggling to work.
