Title: Fun on track

Had a excellent time at Brands Hatch indy circuit today.
As I have not been on track for over three years the first few laps were a bit daunting. But by the 10th lap or so I got the hang of the lines and got smoother and faster lap by lap.
Happy with the cars over all performance. Down the brabham straight I was hitting 128 mph. The FD brakes did there job a hell of a lot better than the stock ones. But the pedal did not have as much feel to them as I would of liked. I think uprating the master cylinder would do the trick.
Would say that druids was the hardest corner for me as I could not get on boost quicker enough while exiting.
But still FB\'d a few 06 plate M3\'s and a R33 GTR
My highlight of the day was drifting pretty much all of Clark Curve at 80/90 mph and not getting blacked flaged :D

Its a shame I can\'t do the Mazda rotory club track day on the 4th of December as the car will be in the shop having my tubo fitted.

Not very exiting vids but enjoy.

Yeah a FD master will fit. But I am thinking of a wilwood one. And I am pretty sure that Gready do a uprated one for the FD aswell.

Will be doing an other track day very soon. I am going down to RX Motors on saturday because I think I chiped a tooth on the gear box. But the good news is that I can then replace it with a RX8 6 speed :cool

Have a TII engine with a half bridge port and RE inlet manifold and plenum. At the moment I have a original turbo but with different bearings and bigger exhaust housing. Will have my T51R SPL BB fitted straight after my cage gets welded in.
I know that FC TII hubs and discs will work with the FD calipers (Front only).

Do the TII hubs slide onto the FB stub axles? or is there some machining involved to accomodate the FB bearing?
