Just renewed my FD insurance with Peter Best. Paid £800 with Sky last year and they wanted £830 this year so no way was i going with them again.
Im now very happy with the £366 im paying with Peter Best. Single turbo and all mods declared with a £300 excess.
Even better is its on a classic insurance policy so i can transfer my 10yrs no claims to my other car. Result!

Good matey, yourself?

yeah, have a word with April when you phone (sounds a hottie :P) and tell her your a member here for a cheeky discount (sure I got one!)

A Plan took 872 off me last year and put it up to 980 for next even with me not claiming or any more mods. Dicks....

I called them yesterday to get a quote and they called back this morning.
All mods declared (99 spec nose and spoiler, skirts, wheels, diffuser and single turbo conv to 400bhp) and they came up with £380 but would only give me 3000 miles which was a little disappointing. I\'ll call them back next week and see if they can do any better. I\'d like to be able to drive it to and from work in the summer. Having said that, it\'s a damn sight better than Flux (who want 980 for a classic limited mile policy as a second car).
The daily driver since mone went in to have it\'s single turbo conv has been a crappy 406 and if I was to take my NCB off the 406 Flux want £860 to insure that! I\'m 33 with no points and no convictions.
I swear some of these insurers should be starring at Live at the Apollo!
