Since getting an Exedy single plate clutch in my FD I reckon there is a fair bit more stress on the engine mounts.

Is it worth using one of these to ease the load on them:

Â£80 is a lot of money, see if you can find a cheapo one on ebay, just as good

I think they are useful, as they can also give you a smoother drive at low revs
