Title: Upgraded ignition
Post by: m1tch on September 06, 2009, 06:52:13 PM
Hi everyone, just had a nose around on rx7.com and there is a product called the FC1000 by Jacobs that is apparently much better than the HKS twinspark, I found a fitting guide here:

http://www.rotaryheads.com/modifications/FC1000/

Now the cost of this unit is about £100, compared to the £300 for the HKS ones, has anyone run one of these? Is there a better ignition amplifier out there as I will be using water injection at some point and need to make sure the spark doesn\'t go out!

Thanks everyone :)
