Hey,
I just finished driving back my FD3S from somewhere earlier and noticed that on getting out and locking the car my rear lights are all permanently on, just the red ones. Not sure why it suddenly happened, as they were definitely okay yesterday.
Just wondered what would be the first things to check to diagnose the problem. All the fuses seem secure, tried turning the lights on and off, which works for the front lights, but the rears just stay on; the indicators all seem to be working fine as well. Failing that, what can I disconnect to stop them running the battery flat overnight?
Cheers,
.

Ah, it looks like the switch for the brake pedal sensor has broken, so it\'s registering as if my brakes are on permanently :( Anyone know the best place to get a replacement for it? (In the Body Electric Manual, it\'s the bit on page F1-26, there\'s a plastic surround where the nut was being held on which has broken)
Im imagining that Mazda will charge about 3million pounds for it. Have a look in the for sale section here for people breaking an FD and get them to send you it?
