hi all im looking at this tomorrow and if all goes well i will buy it now i was told it had 500 bhp he had it dyno"ed today and at 0.8 bar it was putting out 365 bhp and 302ftlbs torque here is the spec does any know this car if not if the boost was upped would it be cappable of running that sort of power safely

that 365 is deffo flywheel...with a to4s........you might see mid 400\'s...dought you\'ll see 500 though....unless its a bridgeport possibly......TSR...if tghats tim styles racing...they specialise in vw/audi\'s...not sure on their knowledge of rx7\'s.
hmm no mention of what injectors he has running in there,i have the to4 turbo and am pretty maxed out at 1 bar on injector duty and thats with uprated seconday injectors(i have 850\'s all round)and mine is not massivly quick.pehaps im just used to it lol
hi guys thanks for that. rob i was told by the original person selling it it was running 400bhp at 1.2bar now i been trying to find out what injetors its running but no luck no one knows lol. when i view the car is ther anyway of finding out on the power fc

i had a to4s ith large street port. all the right fueling etc. at 1.2bar mine had 420 at the fly. tbh mate i cant see the S variant reaching the magical 500 tbh.
mid 400s? My t04r which is larger is barely capable of mid 400s..i was told 450 at a push at 1.2 bar and thats with a ported engine and a 4in exhaust and all the fuelling. Prob with the t04s is, after 1.4 bar its really not making much more power as you turn the boost up so i dont think youll get 400. Apparently neither will I!?
well kash made 360 rwhp on the one i supplied him...and i made that fiugure on the one i had....so at an absolute push you might see mid 400\'s.....BIG "might" though!!!!!!:Laugh
The seller says the car will make 500 BHP at .... 1.5 bar boost - nice. Just turn the wick up!

agreed. it will be more like a hair drier at 1.4bar
hi guys when we talking bhp are we talking at the wheels or fly wheel. i looked at the car today and coming from 380bhp flywheel evo 8 i would say it seems quicker might just be me tho i paid £8000 for it got print out for the dyno
1st run was 394bhp at 322ft at 1.0 bar
2cnd run was 386bhp at 313ft at 1.0bar
3rd run was 365bhp at 306ft at 0.8 bar mi
i was informed it was mapped by jaydee

well youve bought it now so as long as your happy thats all that matters......but those figures are deffo flywheel.
hi ed well originally the car was mapped by jaydee the previous owner took it too lindop to get a few bits done ie comprerssion test and some other nigily bits. when he advertised it he got someone who was interested in it but didnt belive it was capable off 400bhp on a t04s turbo so thats why he had it dynoed but as you say i brought it now. so imm off to have some sideways fun :Giggle

Ed - the car was originally sold by harlow jap autos so maybe thats how Jaydee mapped it. Then maybe the current owner took it to Lindop?
