Title: Intercooler piping thoughts?
Post by: probedb on July 11, 2009, 11:33:23 AM
Hi folks,

I recently bought a shiny Feed FMIC from Jit and am thinking about the best way to route the air flow from the twins. IC->elbow is fine.

I was thinking about swapping my Efini y-pipe for a standard one then instead of the crossover pipe using a 90o bend (samco or alu or something) to point it straight towards the IC. Does this sound sensible? It\'d make the path easier and shorter for air flow?

Cheers :)

Paul.

Thats a better idea than the crossover pipe. The less bends, the better. Just use a 90 bend ontop of the Ypipe and direct it to the IC

Cheers Robbie that\'s what I figured. There\'ll be a nice shiny efini y-pipe for sale at some point then ;)
