Hi

Well we have sold over 100 tickets now for Rotorstock thank you to everyone who has already purchased tickets.

I have ordered an additional 20 tickets for Saturday only today and this will be the last order for tickets.

Taking into account orders I have received today, we still have the following available:-

18 tickets for Saturday (Rotorstock only) and 36 weekend tickets for both
Rotorstock and the Retro show with free camping.
So far there are over 30 clubs booked in for RS & the Retro show so looks like it will be a great weekend.

right i need a stand pass and a another pass just to get in, can i just buy the stand pass for myself then mates pay on the gate on the day?

Hi James

Stand pass comes with the tickets, and yes you will still get the members discount, just select tickets for full club members.

Hi

You cannot buy stand passes they come out with the tickets.

I only have stand passes for the Rotary stand, if your mates are coming in a different marque of car or with another car club they will need to contact the club or Santa Pod for a pass.

If you just want a stand pass for your Rotary but buy tickets on the day, then please email me lisa@mazdarotaryclub.com with your name and address details and I will post a stand pass out to you.

i will be trailering the car there, so will be in the car, so just need entrace fee\'s, i take it if i buy a stand pass that allows one person to get it with that and any other people in the car will be able to buy tickets on the gate

the stand pass is for the car only to park on the club stand. Stand pass in the post.

Thanks to thjose of you that have bought tickets today you should have rec\'d an email.

We curently have just 14 Saturday only tickets left and still 34 weekend tickets (which I would really like to see sold by next Friday!)

Once the current 14 Saturday tickets have been sold, it will be too late for me to purchase any more and you will no longer be able to buy via the shop but I will be able to send you out the stand pass to park on the club stand.

I will keep you updated

I\'ve managed to get the day off work finally!!!

Just to clarify - If i buy my ticket tomorrow through the shop (just Sat ticket) i will get a ticket to get into S\'POD and then a 2nd pass that will allow me to park on the stand and not in the car park... or is the stand part just for Full Club Members only?

Hi Aaron

Your purchase of a Saturday ticket it will also come with a club stand pass that will allow your Rotary to be parked with other rotary members, including MRC, FDUK & the RX-8 OC, instead of parking in the general car park.

No you have until 10.00pm on Thursday evening as tickets will have to be collected at Santa Pod

You can only camp on the Saturday night at Santa Pod. If you search around on here you will find somehwere to camp on Friday night - I think Jono has found a camp site about 4 miles away.

Just brought me a weekend ticket (non member) - Can you leave it at the gate for me please :)

(I have added a delivery note to the order to the same effect, so you should see it there as well as here :p)
