Only recently came across this forum, so I thought I\'d sign up as I\'ve got an RX8.

Basically I\'ve started off driving with a Citroen Saxo VTR which was slightly embarrassing cos its quite chavy.

Then sold it and got insured on a Golf GTI - was mapped to near 240bhp

As I could no longer get insured on the GTI, due to the insurance premium increasing a vast amount for unknown reason, I bought a 2004 RX8 instead. Its the 230bhp, and its way more fun to drive than the GTI :)

welcome to the club, good choice, of course the rx8 is more fun german cars are boring and heavy :Giggle

Bought it standard, got a Toyosports Cat Back exhaust for it a few months ago, and I\'m proper happy with it. Bad thing about it is that its melting the plastic bumper trim. Not sure what mods to go for yet, gotta get my coils packs changed first! So expensive!
