Just got my new wheels fitted....got them customized coz i like to be different...so they are one off...(colourwise):Thumbs-up.....but i think i\'m still in love with my old wheels......but i also dig these too:o.......so not sure...I have some gripes..but just wanna get others opinions to see if the gripes are the same.
old ones for me mate
not sure which ones are which. but the ones in the second photo look best to me
both sets look good but on looks i think i prefer the rotas to be honest
Old ones suit the car better imo
Think i agree with the others and will say the rotas. They give it a harder/agresive look which suits your car. The others are a bit to shiney.
Maybe detail the rotas to make them differrent and stand out
Adam
thanks guys....keep em coming and please vote....I\'m goona go on my holidays then when i come back make a decision.......sometimes i really like them then sometimes i just prefer the look of the older ones.........
Sorry to say but I think the gold ones make the car look a bit cheap. The Rotas are a much more fitting animal.
Voting is showing old looks best and to my mind more modern
New ones may just look more at home on one of those blue Suburu Sierras things :2Rolleyes
rota\'s ed ! the old ones look gay
I have to say both are nice wheels, I think the old ones fit your car perfectly but we all need a change now and then! Too many cars have the style of your old wheels, I think if nothing else your new wheels stand out (in a good way).
Hard choice that\'s for sure.
They\'re both nice wheels, but the old Rota\'s suit the style of your car better - much more agressive.
Both nice so why not keep rota\'s on 1 side and the new wheels on the other, assuming they are the same size wheels and offsets. best of both worlds.
Keep the Grey ones, fit wider ft wings and get two more rears for that dished look....
Just to be aquard :)
rota nicer.. what offsets r they etc..?
they suit more, others too shiney..
but if the rota happen to be about 25 offset.. then i say the new ones r nicer.. thenu can sell me the rota\'s hehe =p
Thanks for the comments people......
after many hours of deliberation i have concluded that i have just chucked good money away on something i didnt think through thoroughly enough....I think the new wheels are fantastic and being a custom colour are one off\'s and will really set off the right car......only problem is ...i dont think my car needed setting off...LOL..
I think also i am so used to dark wheels on my car so much that i just can\'t be swayed:o
I believe these wheels are spot on and would look the nuts on a white, silver or Dark Blue REX.....So these may be up for sale when i get back....................MAYBE!!!!! ;)
does anyone photoshop???....would be nice to see the new wheels with all black apart from the lips....and one with just the gold bits in black
imo if all black would be nicer.. stealth.. but bit of a waste of the dishes :(
Old ones Ed
Yep, the old ones look nastier (in a good way).

You may be better with an Anthracite colour on your new wheels rather than Black/Gold.
Anyone photoshop!!!!!!!?
think i might just spary the new ones the same colour as my car (black with gold flake) and leave the lips....
what do you think?
The old ones are easily the best ones, the new ones are a touch too bling for the aggressive lines of your FD.
New ones the gold bit ruins them i think to be honest
Old ones are the exact wheel i *really* want on my rex :(
yea old ones look serious, the new ones are abit hyundai looking not mazda, if they was black they would look alot better,
Assuming the old ones are the Rotas, I\'d have to say keep the new ones. The gold is a bit blingy, but with a colour change they\'d be much more betterer. Everyone and their dog\'s grandmother seems to want/have those sorta Rotas atm, which for me is a good enough reason not to have them :)
New ones defo not right for the car, old ones better, but I reckon the perfect wheels are still out there waiting to be found........:driving (Quick duck whilst half a brick flies past head  )
defo the old ones!
Well I couldnt be arsed so i put the old ones back on.......:p
Will be customizing them slightly though!!!
Thanks for the input guys.
i guess the problem is even if your car looks really good you sort of get bored of the mods after a while so start changing things when you maybe dont really need too, i think everyone does it, alot of people do it with cars, get a decent car, get bored and get summit else, i know a few people who dont keep cars any longer then 6 months as they get bored
Old rotas for me matey... I think the new wheels are too much of a show car style of wheel, & not to sure the gold sits well on the car, where as the old ones look more perposeful!
Dunno why everyone\'s got such a downer on the new style ones? Apart from the colour, obviously. They\'re blatantly modelled on Ferrari wheels, and if they were on a Fezza everyone would be saying how full of Italian flair and style they were :3Confused
not sure which is which, but the ones with the gold on look really gaudy and tacky
the others look good
:)

I think that was the better choice, there is quite a lot going on with your car, canards etc and I think the new wheels made the car look a bit "busy" if you know what I mean.
I know this is a fairly late reply, but if you still need some \'shopping services, let me know
gold ones look lush mate
hahahahahahahahahaha old thread
yeah, what the hell? i saw this bumped to the top this morning but the last reply was od404\'s back in June? weird...
