Im going to upgrade my fuel rails, injectors and pump.
So my Q is this, what size injectors should i go for? what pump walbro, bosch, cosmo? and is there sources in the UK with out importing?

Depends on your long-term goals really? do you intend to stick with the twin turbos, or may be go single a bit further down the line? \'Cause there\'s obviuosly no point buying a fuel system thats going to be wanting should you upgrade...
Injectors; 1200s (bored 850s usually) fit the stock secondary fuel rail and will thus cost a lot less to buy/fit as you dont need a custom fuel rail and fittings. Alternatively get a new rail and fit 1600s instead. Should future proof you from an injector point of view at least.
Pump; lots of yanks seem to like them but I havent heard that many great things about walbros? any one use them here?? sure they are fine but I\'d guess bosch pumps are a lot easier to get here in the UK. Again depends what you\'re aims as for which pump you go for - an intank 404 or an external 044 (noisy-er) if you\'re going for bigger numbers. Then theres the denso pumps for the cosmo and the supra t/t, I think they are harder to get in the UK than the bosch pumps though in so far as the bosch ones are on the shelf usually. Max is making 359atws on a denso supra t/t pump. And I think John is making 315atws on the same, may be the Cosmo unit? Price-wise I think the denso\'s in questions fit in between say the 404 and 044. £150-ish?
HTH,
Geff at reworxs can help with all your injector needs. He helped with mine.
I got a walbro 255 from states very cheaply. I tested the flow against the standard pump and was very UNimpressed to say the least. They are advertised at 500 hp capable but i think this unlikely. I calculated it at about 10% increase over standard. As i\'d already bought it i fitted it in the tank and left the stock one next to it. I then ran the primarys on the stock pump and the secondarys (1600) on the walbro. I just plumbed 2 fuel returns and two fuel pressure regs. it worked out quite cheap using cosworth adjustable FPRegs. I put the original secondarys in the primary holes ( a little modification required). On the PFC i am only using 58% injector cycle max at 10 psi with a ported single turbo set up. and it doesnt run too rich at idle. I belive the wiring is not very good to the standard pump and if you fit a bigger replacement you are advised to replace the wiring with bigger better stuff, (this is only what i have heard)
regards
tony

Thats interesting.

Ahh, interesting to see hwat she uses at 14psi when she\'s really starting to cook :)

The NZ guys are fond of pump wire upgrades due to voltage drops when working hard...
