Title: How do i get wires from the engine bay to the interior?
Post by: MintyFresh on April 16, 2004, 04:56:29 PM
Ive noticed that i can get cables through the hole in the drivers side of the engine bay, but where do they come out?

You guys must have wires for your gauges, where do you bring them into the car?

I found a hole above the throttle and to the left slightly.

if ya talking about the hole in the side that runs down the drivers wing I\'d avoid that at 200 paces, really hard to feed anything down there.. tried that one hehe

Yeah use the gromit down the bottom infront of the steering wheel n down... that leads into the pedals from there and you can hard wire away :D

I\'ve got loads of wires through mine so you should have room :)

I will have a look for that tomorrow.

I thought maybe taking the wheel off and removing the plastic guard from the arch would give me access to the wing.  But a gromit straight to the pedals makes things easier.
