Title: air pump removal-quick question

ive had a de cat on the car for a while so the pump is just doing nothing is it possible to just remove the pump and use a shorter belt instead of using the under pulley kit?

I\'ve got a decat pipe with no air pump or acv and dual alt pulley and it\'s running sweet.

Yes it is possible Clive at mazdarotaryparts.com sells a shorter belt that will work.

I\'ve always wanted to do this to clean up the engine bay but my car dont even idle without the airpump !!!!! :(
