Title: Can only full members attach pictures to posts?
Post by: 24 VRT on April 28, 2009, 08:55:01 AM
Hope one of the Moderators picks this thread up - sorry if its in the wrong place but as its a \'help with the forum\' question, it seemed the best place.

I\'ve got some pics from Brooklands but can\'t attach them as my posting rules say i may not post attachments. Is this \'cos I\'m only a guest member? If not could my profile be amended to allow me to put my piccies up?

Thanks.

I think so - can\'t remember off the top of my head! (Great moderator eh?)
Most people use FlickR or photobucket and then link them in using the insert image button.

But when I click on post reply or even new thread, I get the message box and smiley options but no attachment/insert image button.

Ignore me - I think I\'m being stupid!!! (again) I\'ve found the insert image button in the message box toolbar! I thought from an old post that there was a sepearte button at the end of the post reply/new post screen.

No worries - took me about 4 years to work out how to link in a picture :o
