prob need a bigger turbo, with bigger ports id say
yep larger turbo and ports. if you want lower lag then youd need a bridge port i reckon.
a ive seen people on the rx7 club in the states run over500whp on stock ports though but they just run massive boost and e85 lol
thats the thing to make that sort of power you are going to need quite a big turbo but along with that comes lag so like others have said a nice big bridge port will be required :Thumbsup!
Bridge porting is a good solution for reducing lag, also in France you can find e85 everywhere so I will map it with this fuel to add extra hp :D
Would 500 whp on an rx7 be too laggy for track use ?
nope, Darren from Whiftbitz uses a GT4202 same as me and he was hitting 650bhp in his Time Attack car and im hitting over 500rwhp in my track car
Just make sure the rear housing is on the smaller side then this will reduce lag big time.
