I\'m looking to get some bigger cans for the FC.. I\'m also sick of the sound of the Roteknics system i have on it.. Not looking for any power change though.. Can anyone tell me if this will slip on an EGi?
Does anyone on here even have a system i could buy?

whats wrong with the system you have on it already ??
Have you ever heard a rotechniks system? Sounds fine sitting idle but when you give it gas imagine the sound of a tin with stones in it rattling around.. It\'s horrible. Plus the tail pipes are more like the handles from a wheel barrow.. It\'s just a horrible horrible system. People think it\'s a dirt bike coming when i drive in my street.
its it cat back or a decatted system ?
hows about JM Garage?
they were working on some last i hear / read..
get one made up to your spec. Wouldnt be much more than a new complete system and you can choose your own rear can styles and bore size, cat/no cat.
I think i\'m going to just do that.. There is a guy local to me who builds custom exhausts and he said about £300 for a system like that one i linked too to be built and fitted.
i know how u feel...i had the same system as you, sounds pretty horrid so i bought a t2 cat back and had it modified to fit the rotechnics header that was on there. It was stupidy loud until i put the additional silencer in end can, sounds like a duck when u give it some lol.
It does not help if they are made from thin stainless either, the thicker the better and the better it will be at less distortion and that tin sound. Go for 3" throughout with about 2 1/2 from the Y section joint, two decent back boxes only but make sure they are of a decent size and well made and you should get the sounds you want. Or if you want noise then a single system with again a decent sized back box and a smaller mid box or a hi-flow cat if you want to keep all of that.
I\'ve managed to sort out a system (for when I have the cash).. I\'m going to have to live with the duck noise (best description of it I\'ve heard haha) for a while longer as me and Jimi_Hendrix just bought an EG Civic! :) haha..
