Curious as to what you\'ve used if not stock lines... ? (fd3s)
I used silicone vacc lines for mine at first, till I realised they suffer from two big problems. One is that it\'s really easy to nick them slightly so they develope a small tear or hole that then leaks, but is really hard to see and detect cos it only leaks under certain circumstances, ie when its\' hot and under pressure. The other is that its also really easy to crimp the lines without noticing, particularly the one that runs under the intercooler to the overflow tank, with obvious consequences for fluid transfer.
I\'ve now replaced all mine with braided steel hose, which is a bit overkill perhaps, but does avoid any of these problems....just costs about three times as much :(
I got some fuel hose. Should do the job fine. Can withstand the pressure and heat easily enough. A bit more heavy than stock lines, less chance of splits I soul assume.
the other thing you could use is the clear pipe that is reinforced with a webbing. used this for one of the pipes on my AST and all is good after nearly 2 years!! The bonus is you can see the fluid running through the pipes which looks good & you can see if there are excessive bubbles in the coolant!

i also used vac line, but unfortunately for me they went pop at WOT and coolant sprayed everywhere!
luckily i was pretty much outside my house when it happened. lesson learnt...
