thanks guys for the replys and thanks ash for phoning around, just went outside and turned the car on, it seems to be idling fine now but it worries me to drive it to work tomorow maybe it could also be a ignition problem aswell im gona service it on the weekend with some new plugs and some oil and maybe the gear box oil aswell my modds are as follows, also could it be my injectors that are making it idle like that

large street ported engine
New turbos
Motec M2R ECU
HKS EVC V (0.9 bar)
Bosch 044 fuel pump and in-tank swirl pot
4x 850cc injectors
Water injection
Nitrous intercooler spray
Alloy radiator
Organic clutch with lightweight fly
HKS downpipe, Blitz NUR Spec R cat back
HKS SPF induction and hard pipes
Blitz BOV

engine sounds fine fella as jay has said. sounds more like a minor issue elsewhere such as the map sensor or the vac pipe leading to it.

all depends if you drain the oil coolers dude as well. Usually find its between 5.5 and 6 litres if coolers are drained but i usually get away with a 5 litre bottle of GTX if doing a normal change

just waiting for some 8mm magnecor leads so i can do my service, ive also noticed that the leads on the car at the moment are the 10 mm magnecor leads and some one told me i should not use those leads.
anyway i started my car up today and left it idleing for around 10 mins outside my house and it happend again, i warmed the car up then moved it about 10 meters then the revs went as low as about 500rpm and started mis fireing so it looks and sounds like ignition to me but as jay said does it happen when the fans turn on and the answer is no cause i never let it get that hot at the time so at least that 1 is out of the way.
