Hi, I have a few questions that I\'m hoping you could tie-up for me? I have a 3rd gen FD.
- The interior trim could do with a touch up or replacing, is there any links or advice that anyone can give to help me take out the facia\'s/central console etc?
- Inside the car there are various switches and parts that I\'ve not had the chance to look into to what they actually are... a switch/control unit with a dial reading 70%-200% entitled "EBS III" which is linked to a junction box looking thing on the passenger side named the same. I\'ve had a fiddle but whatever it does it doesn\'t seem to be doing it and the display on the switch never turns on. (probably not powered) Does anyone know what this is, what it does and how to work it or get it working? I can try and upload a pic if this is too vague. I have another small dial I\'ll have to get back to you on as the picture I\'ve tooks a bit poor and I can\'t remember what is written on it :xconfused
- Last but not least, as far as consumables are concerened, Oil, coolant etc. What is the best and most recommended to use? Could people forward lists of what they use? I use castrol gtx 10-40w oil at the moment but as of yet I\'ve not had to top anything else up.

Just want to make sure of everything from now on and I\'m still learning :) Since I\'ve had the rex I\'ve spent the time removing turbos and replacing damaged body parts etc. Only just really got my hands on it after the fantastic work from Lindop/silverstone auto!! full recommendations by the way!!
The oil that your using is fine mate.

That EBS III might be a Knightsport EBS III Im guessing its a Electronic Boost Solonoid, which would change the solinoid affecting the boost pressure, might be an idea to check out what its doing as it might affect boost if its tampered with lol

Cheers for those, I\'ll have a gander at the link when I get the chance. And I think its teh knightsports thing yeah, I had a feeling it would be a boost control so I\'ll definatley have to look into that properly also lol cheers again
