Title: Will I need a power fc ???
Post by: Bazza on April 03, 2009, 04:43:41 PM
My car has been off the road for a good 15 months now (due to a lack of funds) but whilst it\'s been off road I\'ve been buying a few things that have come up for sale at very good prices. The thing is will I now need a power fc because of the following

Apexi power induction
Trust smic
Racing beat back box
99 spec twin turbos

So will I need a power fc ??????? :2Rolleyes

Please tell me I havent got to spend even more money :2eek

yep, with those mods a remappable ecu will be the safest option, otherwise you\'ll be sure to have your engine go pop fairly quickly, especially with the later spec tubbys.

You do need a PFC. I would recommend a power fc even on a stock car as it gives a performance boost right out the box.
