Title: Rev gauge stopped working?!
Post by: Jim_rx7 on March 14, 2009, 05:18:56 PM
Today my rev gauge was working fine... then stopped, then worked fine... but now it\'s defo dead.

Is this a common issue, is there anyway to sort it out?

I\'m going to check the connections at the rear, but I can\'t see it somehow just unplugging itself.

cheers in advance

It is a common issue. I think it\'s due to one of the capacitors on the board failing. You can desolder and replace with a new one I think :)

It;s the solder that lets the tacho down and capacitors in the speedo.
