Basically, it failed, but not due to that hole at the front lol thats a pass lol the rear corners at the back next to the rear subframe have started to rot, basically when over the years garages have jacked the car up, the sill has bent slightly, so its starting to rot there.
Other than that, its all good lol :)
I need to find some outsills for the FC, otherwise I will have to patch it, would rather replace the whole side sill if anyone knows anywhere that does them?
some good news there then, not that bad concidering the extent of the rust. My white one passed with no emmissions on what so ever,pretty chuffed as i did nothing else to it.
take it its only the welding that needs to be done?

Yeah its just the welding, im getting the rears done for the MOT, then I will get the fronts patched later after I have sorted out the road tax for the month, and after my welder has finished with my mini lol :D
